It was from this idea that Suikyo-den was born.<\/p>\n<p>Yishuikong includes foundational practices for cultivating the body and breath, as well as 52 movement forms inspired by nature and the rhythms of life. In Suikyo-den, you work together with an instructor to select the forms that resonate with your sensibilities, strengths, and the future you wish to create.<\/p>\n<p>In Japanese culture, the mirror has long carried a special meaning. A mirror does not add anything\u2014it simply reflects what is already there. Suikyo-den is much the same.
