A.M.
When I first encountered YiShuiKong, the profundity of its four‐character name and the coordinated deep breathing with flowing movements struck me as a true “moving meditation.” It felt like forest bathing—embraced by nature’s grandeur and moved to pray for harmony in the vast world.
For many years I worked in HR at a child welfare organization defined by emotional labor, supporting countless staff through their struggles. Yet as I approached my fifties—often called a generation of uncertainty—I overestimated my physical resilience, fell ill, and experienced a profound loss of my personal center.
Now I believe YiShuiKong is exactly what working people, especially women in their forties and fifties, need.
YiShuiKong is more than simple health exercises; its movements provide an embodied solution to pressing HR challenges—mental health, diversity, and more—not through theoretical knowledge but through direct bodily experience.
