For those who would like to experience our lessons for themselves, we offer a “1-Month Trial Plan (Online)”.
This plan is only available for first-time users. Please note that this plan cannot be used multiple times.

Online Regular Class
3 Months Course
(Unlimited enrollment capacity, Open Free Trial)
Goals：Daily routine exercise. There is an online course you can take at home for your convenience.
Key Points：Classes offered more than 3 times a week. The course is very affordable, and it’s a perfect choice for someone who wants to try out YiShuiKong.
Class Contents:
- “Yi Shen Tong” (16 Exercises of “One Body Flowing”)
- Exercises selected from “Qi Dong Ba Fa” (The Eight Qi Movements), “Si Shen Lun Wu” (Four Gods Dance in Order), “Feng Ya Yang Shen Gong” (Elegant Health Method)
（With deep breath, stretch your body freely from your core. - Occasional special events with guest speakers

Intensive Course
(Online and In-Person classes: Min. 3 students, Max. 6 students)
Goals：Concentrate and master one subject.
Key Points：You can choose a course based on your schedule and interest.
Course Content：Focusing on each of the 3 subjects from YiShuiKong original method, you will learn from the instructors with individual attention until you master the materials.
Course Fee：
Yi Shen Tong 4-Hour Course: $180

Qi Dong Ba Fa 6-Hour Course: $270
Qi Dong Ba Fa 8-Hour Course: 4320
Dates and Times： Instructors will schedule times that are convenient for the participants of the course.
What are the differences from Online Regular Class?
- Instructors will assess your movements and coach you until you master the materials.
By learning how to move without straining your body, it makes your everyday practice more effective. - Instructors will explain the details of the movements, which are not provided in Online Regular Class due to time limitation.
By understanding what and how to move, your forms will be sharper and clearer. - Instructors will break down the the meanings and effects of the forms.
By repeatedly practicing the forms knowing why you do them, it will bring gradual yet distinct changes to your body and mind.
Yin Family BaGuaZhang Introductory Class
Goals：Yin Family BaGuaZhang has many unique characteristics as a royal court martial art, compared to BaGuaZhang of other schools. For those of you who would like to learn the rare techniques, this class will be taught online.
Class Content：History of Yin Family BaGuaZhang and techniques. Stances, basic steps, solo practice, and kicks.
Class times：4 classes (Each class is 60 min.)
Max. enrollment : 3 students for each class.
＊Applications will be accepted on first-come, first-served basis. Invitations-only. Please inquire via email.
Dates and Times：Instructor will schedule 4 classes with participants.

Yi Shui Kong Curriculum
(Online and/or In-person, Min. 3 students, Max. 6 students)
Goals：Learn the basics and study deeper. Obtain the instructor license.
Characteristics：You will also learn physical culture in Japan and China, as well as the relationship with Chinese calligraphy.
