What is YiShuiKong?
The breathing practice once reserved for China’s imperial court.
Nurturing You: Nurturing Our Planet.
YiShuiKong is a unique mind-body practice that combines ancient Chinese imperial breathing techniques with movements from Yin Family Baguazhang, a traditional martial art once practiced in the royal court.
Think of it as a graceful blend of Tai Chi’s flowing movements and yoga’s mindful stretching, enhanced with martial arts precision and qigong energy work. Each movement is designed to be both fluid like water and powerfully grounded, creating a moving meditation that synchronizes your breath, body, and mind.
The goal is simple yet profound: restore balance between mind and body while awakening your natural inner strength and vitality.
