Starting next year, YiShuiKong will offer regular in-person practice classes once or twice a month.

These sessions are designed to deepen your awareness of breath, axis, and flow, and to cultivate harmony between body and mind.

Class Overview

Schedule
Classes are held once a week, typically on:

  • Wednesdays: 7:00 – 8:15 p.m.

* Schedule can be adjusted according to participants’ availability.
* In addition to the above schedule, we also plan to hold seasonal outdoor practices and events.

Primarily held in South Jordan, Utah (Lin’s residence).
