Encountering YiShuiKong felt like being touched by a gentle breeze descending through the stillness of an ancient capital. Its movements embody the 'ma' (sacred space) and refined elegance that Japanese people have treasured, where the flow of inner qi creates beauty in harmony with nature.
Throughout my career, I've focused on bringing Japan's traditional kimono beauty to the world by fusing it with contemporary sensibilities. Through this work, I've realized that 'beauty is not merely what we wear externally, but the totality of the heart and movements we carry within.'
YiShuiKong is precisely the path for embodying this 'inner beauty.' This expression method cultivates dignified strength within stillness and harmonizes the body through breath—something I deeply wanted my fashion models to learn.
Beauty lives in our daily movements and is nurtured through conscious awareness. YiShuiKong's movements infuse the living body with Japan's traditional culture, delivering beauty directly to the wearer's heart.
