I first met Lin Yang through a magazine interview assignment. When I encountered her words and the philosophy behind YiShuiKong, I was deeply moved and realized that 'her very way of living is itself an art form.'

YiShuiKong teaches us to engage mindfully with ourselves without competing against others. This creates a space where we can physically experience the 'living together' mindset and the sense of 'being authentically ourselves' that our society desperately needs today.

For women to live beautifully, we need more than external beauty—we need what I call a 'Beautiful Core'—an alignment of mind and body. I'm convinced that YiShuiKong is essential for developing this Beautiful Core in our modern era.

A health practice that 'strengthens through beauty' like YiShuiKong is probably unique in the world. This became possible because Master Lin Yang has accumulated experiences across three cultures—China, Japan, and America. This multicultural background has crystallized into what I call a 'global sensitivity' within YiShuiKong.

I've participated in numerous sessions, and each time I experience a gentle liberation of both mind and body. I sincerely hope that Lin Yang's quiet yet powerful work will continue to spread gently throughout society.
