Why I started YiShuiKong

I went to a ballet exercise class for 12 years. But after I injured my knees, I wanted to switch to something that didn't involve jumping. I chose YiShuiKong because it was gentle on the body.

My passion for YiShuiKong

I will strive to create a class where anyone can enjoy regardless of age and physical skills.

What changed after you started YiShuiKong?

Physically speaking, I don't have sore shoulders or headaches, and I don't catch a cold as often.
Mentally speaking, it makes me positive.
I am also more conscious of what is and isn't good for my body.

What are the appeals of YiShuiKong?

  1. Slow, elegant movements
  2. Breathing that fits the movement
  3. It relaxes me because of slow breathing
