Q: How do you feel after taking the course? Have you noticed any changes in your body, mind, or daily life? A: I felt present and relaxed after each class. I am able to focus more on my breath since taking this class and focus on channeling the energy of the earth and sky around me.

Q:What aspects of YSK did you enjoy the most? A: I enjoyed the pace of class, the focus on breath and body, and the consistent movement that match Chinese calligraphy and create imagery

Q:Is there anything you found challenging or would like to improve? Would you recommend YSK to others? Why or why not? I would recommend it both as a way to physically move your body and expose your mind to new cultural practices and information.
