We are pleased to offer a new seasonal YiShuiKong program (in-person class) designed to support gentle, steady growth from winter into spring.
To make participation easier, the full season is divided into two parts (6 sessions each).
You may join Part 1 only, or continue into Part 2 for a full 12-week experience.

Part 1 – Winter Grounding (6 Sessions)
January 11 – February 16, 2026
Sundays, 2:00–3:30 PM
A gentle introduction to winter grounding practices, including slow breathing, flowing movements, and foundational YiShuiKong techniques to release tension and restore balance.
Part 2 – Early Spring Renewal (6 Sessions)
February 23 – March 29, 2026
Sundays, 2:00–3:30 PM
* Building upon Part 1, this series supports opening, circulation, and a gradual shift from winter quietness toward spring vitality.
(Part 1 participation recommended, but not required.)
Tuition
- Each part (6 sessions): $110
- Early Bird: $100 per part (register by December 31, 2025)

Founder of YiShuiKong (YSK, Contemporary Taichi) and successor of the Yin Family Baguazhang palace martial art.
With over 30 years of teaching experience in Japan and Utah, she has taught at UU, UVU, and performed with the SUU Orchestra.
