“Breath in Anime and YiShuiKong”: YSK licensed practitioner, Tomoko Takedani Sater will hold an online lecture.
As seen in “Demon Slayer” and “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure,” there are many manga/anime that deal with the concept of “breath.”
Why is it?
Can “breath” really create superheroes?
If so, what kind of breathing are they using?
How are YOU breathing?
In this one-hour online class, Tomoko Takedani Sater, a NY-based YiShuiKong licensed practitioner and an anime subtitle translator, will discuss how the breath is described in anime and how it relates to the practice of YiShuiKong, along with a short, introductory practice of YiShuiKong movements.
If you find yourself needing more exercise, but are not quite ready to commit to going to the gym regularly, YiShuiKong is a great way to ease into a physical/mental regular routine.
Join us and come ready to wake up your body and mind through breath!
