Within YiShuiKong's gentle movements—carrying energy in four directions, weaving through space, embraced by crystal bowl resonance—I felt these inner points gently opening.

To release is the ultimate strength. Rather than forcing alignment, we simply surrender to nature's flow. As Lao Tzu taught, the 'Tao' appears to do nothing, yet accomplishes everything—this essence flows through YiShuiKong as well.

YiShuiKong embodies 'wu wei' (effortless action) through movement. When sound vibrations layer with this practice, we may be returning to our own place of beginning.

Movement doesn't originate from conscious will, but from something deeper—Earth's breath, cosmic rhythm, life's instinct. When we align with this greater breathing, our bodies naturally awaken and movement springs forth organically.

I simply enveloped the space with crystal bowl resonance. Standing beside Master Lin Yang, without even consciously trying to 'harmonize'—just being present, resonating together.

Participants discovered landscapes within their own hearts, not trying to fix or adjust themselves, but simply returning home—quietly recognizing 'this is who we truly are.' This beautiful resonance and circulation became a gentle journey inward.
