Seven Stars · Practice

Small daily accumulations become, in time, a path that is yours alone.

Not to learn, but to knead. Rather than adding knowledge from outside, we take time to transform your quality from within.

Has your own outline blurred amid others' words and too much information?

Frame

Knead everything toward the central axis.

Body and heart cannot be separated. Set up the body, let breath flow, clear the heart — not treating the Seven Stars separately, but kneading them into a single, gathering force.

Practice is the final training that integrates all of Body, Breath, Heart, Depth, Breadth, and Beauty.

The power to act is not given to you by others.

Priority

Shallowness is swaying outward; depth is staying close to within.

Keep searching for answers outside, and the heart keeps wavering. You no longer need to look outside for answers. Begin the time of forming a relationship with yourself again.

A shallow state, swaying outward

Shallow — swaying outward

Reacting to outer noise, forever lost by others' standards. Your own outline blurs.

A deep state, close to within

Deep — close to within

Facing yourself, trusting your innate senses, returning to the center. Even as you sway, there is a place to return.

  • A steady rhythm
  • A direction without doubt
  • Quality changed from within
  • Rising density
  • A core that runs through

Three Stages

The density changes — and so it will not betray you.

Knowledge and technique grow old. But quality raised from within — like kneading clay or qi — lasts a lifetime.

Stage 1 · Raw

Loosened and scattered, still low in density.

Stage 2 · Knead

Kneaded over time, the inside begins to gather.

Stage 3 · Dense

Density rises and settles into an unshakable quality.

Knowledge and technique grow old, but quality raised from within lasts a lifetime.

Root

Not enduring by force, but a supple strength aligned from within.

It is a state with a core running through, a "spring" that never breaks. With only a steady rhythm and a direction without doubt, you can keep going without giving up, even when the finished form is not yet in view.

Core

A single core runs through, within.

Spring

An unbreaking, supple strength.

Origin

Welling up from your own senses.

Rhythm

Continuing at a steady rhythm.

Path

In time, a path of your own beyond doubt.

Quiet accumulation becomes, in time, an unshakable path that is yours alone.

Seven Stars

Not to learn, but to knead.

Even when the finished form isn't yet visible, even when change is hard to see, simply keep going without giving up. Small daily accumulations become, in time, a path that is yours alone. All of the Seven Stars gather here, into this "Practice."
