A Special Day — The Overlap of Equinox and New Moon

September 22 is the Autumn Equinox, the rare moment of the year when day and night are equal.
It is a day of balance between yin and yang.

This year, it coincides with the New Moon, a symbol of new beginnings.

At this unique alignment of nature and the cosmos, practicing breathing and movement through YiShuiKong carries profound meaning: restoring harmony within, and awakening new intentions.

How to Join: Zoom Participation (Free, Registration Required / with Bonus)

Bonus: All Zoom participants will receive the“Equinox & New Moon Journal (PDF)” in advance, to record their new intentions after the breathing session.
