August 9 “Heart” Practice Session at Kudanshita

Join us for a Yishuikong practice session on the theme of “Heart,” followed by a sound healing session led by sound healer Ai Aoyama, recently returned from New York.

Sunday, August 9
Part 1: 1:30–3:30 PM — Yishuikong Practice: “Seven Stars — Heart”
Part 2: 3:30–4:00 PM — Sound Healing: “The Resonance of the Heart”
You may join or leave freely during Part 1. Joining Part 2 only is also welcome.

What to bring

Comfortable clothing, indoor shoes (gymnasium), water, a towel. Yoga mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own.

Fee

Yishuikong practice: ¥2,200
Sound healing: ¥1,100

Yishuikong Instructor: Tomomi Ukawa — a whole-body tuning through Isshintsu, with forms centered on the theme of “Heart.” A short fan dance performance will also be shown at the end.

Sound Healer: Ai Aoyama — a peaceful time held by crystal bowls and voice, grounding into your own presence and letting the heart open naturally.
