Inner Zen Beauty Seminar aims to achieve mindfulness through finding the balance of body and mind through a healthy diet and breathing exercise.
We will introduce healthy tofu beauty recipes that can cleanse your body from within, and teach you how to destress by gently moving and stretching your body with basic breathing techniques.

Born in Beijing, she is one of the fifth generation martial artists practicing the Yin Family BaGuaZhang, and a descendant of the founder of Li Jia Cai. Received degrees from Tokyo Kasei University and Tokyo University of the Arts in Japan,
she currently resides in Utah, USA. She is the Founder of YiShuiKong.
Momoyo Taniguchi
Momoyo found her path to yakuzen in her quest to remedy the malaise she has suffered for a long time, and in 2016, she founded Oriental Beauty Yakuzen Association to reach internationally with what yakuzen has to offer.Momoyo is a proponent of yakuzen recipes that are easy and tasty with everyday ingredients.
Momoyo is a two-time recipient of the grand prizes of Gourmand World Cookbook Awards, which is considered to be the “Oscars” of the cookbook world.
Graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University, School of Business, she is Representative Director of Oriental Beauty Yakuzen Association.
