I started YiShuiKong because

My friend came to visit me with Master Lin Yang to promote her class in Hachioji.

My passion for YiShuiKong

When I first experienced YiShuiKong, I felt my body lightened and refreshed. I followed Mast Lin to all classes because I wanted to learn the beautiful, elegant forms. I believe that YiShuiKong will spread throughout the world. I hope to teach YiShuiKong to achieve world peace and the health and happiness of all people in the world.

What changed after starting YiShuiKong?

My body feels lighter and is in good condition. I sleep deeper. Should pains improved. Deep breathing calms me down and I can slow down. My world view expanded. I learned that you can communicate without words. I pay more attention to my body and mind.

What are the appeals of YiShuiKong?

A good balance of body, breath, and mind.
I can feel that human beings are a part of nature.
I can imagine and feel the infinite expansion of the universe.
